Looking Ahead: Phoenixville Blob’s Plans for 2025
As we step into 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come and share our excitement for what lies ahead. This past year has been a journey of growth and learning for the Phoenixville Blob, and we couldn’t have done it without you—our amazing readers and followers. When we launched, we set modest expectations, hoping to reach 100 followers by year-end. To our delight, we surpassed 200 followers, exceeding our goals and affirming our mission to provide meaningful and engaging content for the Phoenixville community.
What to Expect in 2025
We’re thrilled to announce some exciting updates and plans for the new year. Here’s a glimpse of what you can look forward to:
- Weekly Features: Every Tuesday, we will spotlight a local business to help you discover the incredible entrepreneurs that make Phoenixville unique. On Thursdays, we’ll bring you articles about what’s happening around town—from events and community updates to stories that matter. The third featured article on our homepage will be a mix of reposted favorites and breaking news.
- Enhanced Local News: We’re working to add more local news links and feature them prominently on the homepage, making it easier for you to stay informed about everything happening in Phoenixville.
- Weather Widget: We know how important it is to plan your day, so we’re adding a weather widget to provide real-time forecasts at your fingertips.
- Expanded Business Scorecards: Our popular business scorecards will be upgraded to include more businesses and additional details such as restaurant specials and seasonal promotions, offering you even more reasons to shop and dine locally.
- Community Involvement: In 2025, we aim to deepen our connection with the community by collaborating with local businesses and supporting initiatives that make Phoenixville a better place for everyone. Stay tuned for opportunities to get involved!
