After graduating from college and entering the world of corporate manufacturing and engineering, Jared Adkins found himself longing for something more fulfilling. The turning point came when he discovered that local spirit laws were being eased for the first time since prohibition—a spark that would ignite his journey into the world of distilling.

Over the next few years, Jared dedicated himself to learning the art of craft spirits. From attending classes to visiting countless distilleries and working alongside some of the best in the business, Jared honed his skills and built the foundation for what would become Bluebird Distilling. With the support of his father and close friend Pierre, he transformed an old, abandoned building into a fully operational distillery that has since garnered a reputation for producing top-notch spirits.
