This Weekend in Phoenixville: Dogwood Festival Returns
This weekend, Phoenixville is alive with celebration, community, and tradition. As the weather (finally) begins to turn for the better, there's no better way to get outside and experience some of what makes this town special. Our featured event this week is the return of the beloved Dogwood Festival and Parade, bringing joy and heritage to Reeves Park once again. We’ve also got music and mental health awareness happening at Root Down — so whether you’re looking to party or relax, there’s something for everyone.
🌸 Featured Event: Dogwood Festival & Parade

Presented by the Phoenixville Jaycees Foundation, the annual Dogwood Festival returns to Reeves Park with rides, food, games, and entertainment. It all culminates in one of the largest parades in Chester County on Saturday, May 17 at 1:00 PM. The festival pays tribute to a rich history dating back to 1943, when the very first dogwood tree was planted as a tribute to local veterans.
